Service areas shown here are a proposed structure. The firm’s services and details must be confirmed before publication.
Start with what matters to you.
You may already know the route you are considering—or you may need help understanding where to begin.
- You have received a refusal or another immigration decision.
- You have been told there is a deadline for taking action.
- A change in your circumstances may affect your permission to stay.
Questions that need careful attention.
- The decision itself, the reasons given and the date it was received.
- Whether any challenge is available and which deadline applies.
- The implications of your current status and the evidence available.
Requirements and available routes can change. Your circumstances and the current rules need individual consideration; this page does not assess your eligibility.
Areas to discuss.
Appeals
Some decisions may carry an appeal right. Not every refusal can be appealed. The decision and current law need to be checked.
Administrative review
Administrative review is distinct from an appeal and is available only in specified circumstances. It is not a general opportunity to make a fresh application.
Judicial review and complex matters
Judicial review is a separate legal process. The firm’s capacity to undertake litigation or other specialist work has not been confirmed.
These are proposed information topics, not confirmation that the firm accepts this work.
The support you may need.
Discuss whether you need an initial consultation, a review of an application, or support preparing and handling a matter. The firm must confirm its available services and the scope of any work.
Before the conversation
- Make a short summary of your circumstances and what you want to achieve.
- Note any relevant dates, decisions or approaching deadlines.
- Do not send sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. Confirm a secure sharing method first.
Understand the scope and cost.
Consultation price, duration, written advice, professional fees and exclusions are not yet supplied. Government charges, other costs and applicable VAT must be identified separately.
