[FIXED-FEE OR OTHER CHARGING ARRANGEMENTS]

A written scope and fee information should identify what the work includes, what is excluded and when payment is due. The firm’s quotation process must be confirmed.

Costs that are separate.

Depending on the matter, separate costs may include government application charges, the immigration health surcharge, translations, interpreters or other third-party expenses. Not all apply to every matter.

Current amounts and applicable VAT must be checked and explained before work is agreed. No government processing time or outcome is guaranteed.

Before you agree to proceed.

  • Who will carry out and supervise the work?
  • What is included and what is excluded?
  • Which additional charges may apply?
  • What happens if the scope changes?

Fee disclosures and applicable regulatory obligations require review before publication.
